The residential project Planorama , located in Colentina, Dna Ghica str. Is headed for the finalisation of the first tower and the delivery of the apartments to the buyers. The plan conceived by BSR in November 2009 proves to be the effective solution for continuing Planorama.
Althoug the continuation of the project was seen with skepticism and in spite of all the envisaged dificulties , BSR, the new project manager managed up to this day to bring the project to feasible path.
The financial resources required for restarting works will be insured by signing the addendum with the financing bank. According to the project plan, the amount of the bank will be allocated during several months, within this period the investor will cofinance the project from own sources.
The project consists out of 4 buildings, the first 2 beeing under advanced stages of completion. The first tower,T3, was already connected to electricity and contracts were signed with several subcontractors for finishing the works and delivery of the apartments.
Nowadays a tender for electing the Contractor for the second tower, T4 finalization is under process .
The delivery of the apartments in T3 is scheduled to begin at the end of May and to be completed by the end of July.

History
At the end of 2009, BSR was elected and approved as the new Project Manager of Planorama, with the scope of identifying the procedure upon which the investor may finalise the project in its stages. The solution included a cooperation between the investor, the financing bank and the customers, by waving the penalties and accepting by the latter of the new delivery terms.
